Anti-Spam Policy
SSW subscribes to an Anti-Spam policy for all its communication protocols. This means that we do not condone unsolicited messages, notifications, alerts or any message that you may receive from someone who should not have your address.
SSW is concerned about controlling unsolicited commercial e-mail, or "spam". SSW has a strict Anti-Spam Policy prohibiting the use of their Email account to send spam. SSW will not sell, lease or rent its e-mail subscriber lists to third parties. While SSW continues to actively review and implement new technology, such as expanded filtering features, there is no currently available technology that will totally prevent the sending and receiving of unsolicited e-mail. Using junk e-mail tools and being cautious about the sharing of your e-mail address while online will help reduce the amount of unsolicited e-mail you receive.
SSW does not authorize the harvesting, mining or collection of e-mail addresses or other information from or through the their Sites or Services. SSW does not permit or authorize others to use the Services to collect, compile or obtain any information about SSW customers or subscribers, including but not limited to subscriber e-mail addresses, which are SSW confidential and proprietary information. Use of the Services is also subject to the applicable Privacy Statement and Terms of Use.
If you have received an unsolicited message, which you would like to report to SSW, please inform us by using this form. Please include your email address, the date and time you received it and the contents of the message (if possible) when completing the form.
