Position Description
Assistant Accountant

SSW has been the leading Microsoft technology company in Sydney for 16 years. We are looking for a candidate who is keen to get into the IT industry as a Assistant Accountant. Your role will involve:

  • Responsible for financial planning, book keeping, accounting and auditing;
  • Responsible for estimate and auditing of expenses;
  • Responsible for day to day accounting book organization, delivering internal and external reports;
  • Establish accounting system; ensure documentation integrity and security;
  • Responsible for calculation, remit tax to local authority;
  • Communicate with head office; ensure representation office financial security;
  • Assist Chef Representative for day to day operations of the office;

 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting related fields;
  • At least 2 year experiences on accounting;
  • Familiar with routine job of accounting; familiar with IT related accounting procedures; familiar with accounting regulations and policies regarding representative office;
  • Familiar with at least one accounting software; familiar with office softwares, especially Excel;
  • Tax planning knowledge is a plus;
  • China CPA or ACCA is plus;
  • Fluency in reading and writing English is required, minimum CET-6 Fluency in verbal English is a big plus

ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, OLAP, Sharepoint Software Developer

Are you looking to establish a career working with the latest software technology for a large range great organizations? Do you enjoy managing your own clients in a fun, fast-paced and dynamic environment?

SSW has been the leading Microsoft technology company in Sydney for 16 years. We require an enthusiastic .NET and OLAP developer to start ASAP.

You will have:

  • A minimum of 1 year commercial experience with .NET and the Framework
  • 3 years IT experience
  • Excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with your clients
  • strong skills designing and implementing ASP.NET and Win Form applications using VB and C#
  • A good understanding of XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • An IT degree
  • A working knowledge of agile software development methodologies, have good task management skills

Ideally we would like someone with knowledge and practical experience with OLAP and Sharepoint on SQL Server, as well as .NET Interop and VB6.

Marketing Assistant

SSW has been the leading Microsoft technology company in Sydney for 16 years. We are looking for a candidate who is keen to get into the IT industry as a Marketing Assistant. You will assist our Marketing Manager to: 

  • Devising and implementing marketing strategies to grow product and consulting sales
  • Analysis of sales data
  • Optimisation of existing marketing strategies
  • Sourcing new business and giving presentations to clients
  • General management of the SSW office
  • Liaising with clients and developers
  • Web administration
  • Following up clients who have downloaded our software products

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 1 year in a Marketing Role
  • A recent degree in Marketing
  • Some knowledge of HTML
  • GPA (or equivalent) of 80% or above
  • Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivation and high attention to detail
  • Telemarketing and product support
  • Fluency in reading and writing English is required, minimum CET-6
  • Fluency in verbal English is a big plus

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a smart, fast thinker with excellent communication and customer service skills. This role involves a mixture of administration, PA work and marketing, which will include client liasion and telemarketing.
